What’s your favorite part about life at FlexMation?

The people. It’s great to get to work with people that care about the company and doing a great job. It’s hard to find that environment these days because so many people don’t care about honesty, hard work and integrity.

Where do you see manufacturing headed in the future?

Massive information and operational technology innovations creating a new and improved way to do things.

If you could spend an hour talking with anyone, from any time period, who would it be?

I only get an hour? It would certainly be my Grandma Joyce. She is easily my biggest role model and the person I admire the most.
