Cat Walk and Guard

This project was for a paper converting machine. Features that stand out are the hand rails (45x45HR) on the stairs and on the upper cat walk railings, the smooth surface look on the vertical and horizontal rails (45x45 3S), the wire mesh doors (30x45 WG40) and the roll-away stairs on the lower left side.

ECOSAFE Machine Guard

This perimeter guarding application uses Bosch ECOSAFE hook and hang style profiles with wire mesh panels. Note the sliding and hinged door configurations. Bosch has a specialized design macro for laying out perimeter guards and creating bills of materials.

Mazak Stand

Machine tools can be pretty large making access challenging for the operator. Bosch Framing Products are used here to make a convenient platform with non-slip decking, stairs and a safety rail. This structure is built using 45x45 and 45x90 profiles connected with connection screws and gussets.
