Peristaltic Pump Stand

The test lab at a medical products company needed a stand to hold six small pumps. This stand has adjustable height legs beneath two top parallel bars. The t-slots in the top bars are spaced to match the mounting holes in the pump base plates to enable fast and easy pump changes. This project used 45x45 and 50T profiles.

Test Frame

This test frame has ½" black anodized aluminum panels with special fixture features mounted to 45x45 profiles. As with most Lean environments, this stand is mounted on heavy duty locking casters to permit easy rearrangement of the floor plan.

Smart Bin Frame

This frame is used to hold 16 parts bins at an assembly station. The frame is constructed using Bosch 20x20 profiles, connection screws and internal gussets and mounts on top of a work bench. The customer installed a pick-to-light system monitoring which model is being built at the time, to direct the operator toward the correct parts for assembly.
